Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter Frinthy's sketchbook

Hello world,

I have this idea for days about uploading sketches of my daily practicing. Please don't hesitate to help me with strong criticism or directions, useful links, hints etc.

At the moment, I am trying to improve my linear skills and anatomy knowledge. I would really like to be able to do smooth and valuable drawings.

Thank you

Frinthy

Re: Frinthy's sketchbook

I started to copy the drawings from Constructive Anatomy by George B. Bridgman. The leaf is part of an exercise on http://daphne.palomar.edu/design/line.html

Hi, Frinthy, and welcome to WetCanvas and D&S!

These are very nice sketches, and you have a good sense of proportion. You've come to the right place for information, and I'm sure you'll get some good advice.

Have you considered cross-posting your sketches in The Figure forum? They might offer good critique, as well.

Jenna - Thank you, I am glad it is the right place to post my sketches (i was a bit confused). How is it possible to cross post my pictures to The Figure forum?

You start a new thread in the other forum, posting the same pictures . [It is courteous to add "XP D&S Forum" in the thread title.]

Re: Frinthy's sketchbook

More great hands. And the drawing from the WDT is very nice! I was hoping someone would draw that one. You've got a nice style. Great work!
