If Beacon Fell Had Bluebells ........

Well I'm sticking with these acrylics .......... I think this one is my 4th using them. It is Bluebell season here and woodlands throughout the UK are getting a beautiful covering of blue and white blooms. Now I go for a walk with the dogs in a local beauty spot, Beacon Fell, which is a large wooded area ............ but no bluebells .............. hence the title ...........

If Beacon Fell Had Bluebells

This is Acrylic on board and used a variety of brands of paint. It was my home town exhibition this week and I entered this painting along with 2 watercolours, the show wasn't judged this year and yesterday went to pick them up and found that this one and one of the watercolour had sold ............. I was chuffed ..........

Your colors are spectacular and your distant atmosphere pulls you in, gorgeous.

Re: If Beacon Fell Had Bluebells ........

I've decided I don't like judged shows. Only ONE person has to like a piece for it to be a winner. Lucky person who got this lovely painting of lovely woods. I like your wishful addition of bluebells. I want to take a walk there.
