Heyy is this more to your liking? The wings are so subtle that I had to look twice before I even saw them there! And now I see a dragon! LOL This is a really interesting concept and I love your colours

Thanks Axl_Happy_Goth. Boy I need a computer. It looks great!!! I ve got a few more of these in my head but am afraid to start another one. This one took 14 years to complete. Painting is qicker, but I love the rich look, and texture of the silk thread.

Dusty, thanks so very much for posting your link. The horse/dragon is simply phenomenal, but I really like the humour in the froggies. Wish the yin/yang were sharper. Such tiny, detailed work!!! No wonder you were frantic about losing fine motor control. These are simply amazing, dusty, and I do sincerely hope you'll be doing such fine work for a long time.

My mom says since I gave this one to my sister, she wants to know where hers is. Heeheehee no really I have to realllly watch my family as they have a tendancy to appropriate anything I do that I dont keep a close eye on. I did a pelican for an art show in Florida in pen and ink , thought I had packed it, couldnt find it though when I got home to Az. Guess where I saw it last christmas? On my moms wall!!!! Does anyone else have this problem?
