Russian Folk Art Felting Style
During my love affair with folk art I fell in love with Russian folk art and wondered if I could apply the same methods to felting, this is the result, I hope you like it.

I loved doing this one, and now I have finished with the Easter pressie portraits, my mind has shifted back to doing more of this Russian Folk Art, style in felt, or I might try another approach, who knows how my mind will work on the day, I don't, lol. Working with so many colours will be a joy after the mono chrome of the portraits. Thank you again for your lovely comments. Hugs Joyce

Yes that's it, Madanat, Zhostovo. In my folk art days I bought this fabulous book on Zhostovo trays, just to look at, it cost me an arm and a leg at the time but oh it was worth it. Hugs Joyce
