A lovely singer, we saw her live a couple of weeks ago,

I don't think her face is quit so long and her mouth is not quite centred.

Consider shifting the hair a bit. I can see in the source photo linked above that her hair style does come in whisps under her chin. Yet your brush lines are so parallel and consistent, that it distracts my eye and introduces the notion that these could be shadow, contour lines rather than hair.
