WDE 07/31/09 Goose on a turkey feather MI (maybe)
This was done on a turkey feather in less than 2 hours. Used acrylic.

Beautifully done, Mary. You always do such a good job on those feathers. I love the background for this graceful fellow. It looks silver. Very nice!

now that is cool! i did collect a few feathers and just haven't tried painting on them yet. the feathers i have are actual canada goose feathers!

Ooooh how creative. What a great idea. Is there a way you can turn this into a quill pen? Wouldn't it be cool to do dip ink works with a lovely pen at say an exhibition or something just to show off.
If not it would make a cute home decoration.
