Thanks for the recommendations Brian and Amie,

Yesterday I picked up three sheets of Arches 88, a sheet of Canson Johannot (the 240 gsm) and a sheet of Arches 90lb hot press, to use along with a couple of sheets of Stonehenge that I previously purchased for drawing. I think I'm going to try each of them with this print, and then use whichever provides the best coverage for the first colour for the majority of the prints.

Hopefully I can be consistent enough in the roll-up and printing to identify clear differences related to the paper, rather than my technique...

I also picked up some SB transparent medium. Do you just add a small amount to the ink you are rolling up to get the improvement in coverage Amie?
