Re: black velvet mat board?

Hi dq

As far as I am aware this is not made by any of the major mountboard manufacturers.

I have searched the net extensively and think your only chance is this company. They come highly recommended by top US framers.

I am sure if you contact them they will be able to help / advise you.

Re: black velvet mat board?

You can cover any mat with your own black velvet. Books on framing often show how to cover a mat with fabric.
