We need those who host, particularly, to be regulars and to be in contact with their 'leader' from the Team ... the team member who is responsible that month for giving the instructions and seeing all goes smoothly!

unfortunately, I only know my work dates 3 months in advance, so only have til the end of May, so does not look like it will be possible.... :-(
