I am having the same problem as Karen above.

"/var/www/wetcanvas.com/RefLib/uploads/975280: Error creating directory (check permissions).

Please notify the System Administrator."

I have the images at the right size, etc. and have tried uploading them one at a time.
This is frustrating as i am very keen to give something back to the WC community that I have gotten so many good tips and ideas from!

This error pops up from time to time, it is a problem with the RIL server.

I suggest you try again from time to time.

Hi John - this also happens to me when I try to upload more than one at a time - I have reported it (more than once). believe me, as a Librarian in here if I could fix it I would - it's so frustrating!

I had a queue of 12 images which I coudn't approve or delete but when I patiently tried one per upload, I managed to have them all pass through the system!

Please keep trying - singles!

I don't know if I post in the right place but Photograph have disappeared from my RIL account. I had posted them in December and today they disappeared.

There was a problem somewhere and do I send it again?

Not a big deal, but this keeps popping up. I'll try again later. But since it told me to tell someone, I didn't want to disobey it.

I tried again with IE as opposed to Firefox and got this message.

It's working now but I accidentally put a photo of a black leopard and of a carp under bobcats and I can't figure out how to edit that. Sorry.

I have a feeling it is the database. I'll check your status. It is worth trying again tomorrow.

Sorry you are getting this error Zoe, it is a wetcanvas problem and is intermittent.

It is worth trying again at a different time of day. I think it may be a server busy error. It has been reported.

This problem has been reported.
Right now, it seems none of us can get into the RIL.
Perhaps the site techs are working on it, but I know nothing further than that guess ...
