more water color effects

this started out as a larger piece 12 x18 but i didn't like the look - so i cut it into smaller 3x5 pieces - done in thinned down acrylic on rice paper

Hi - do you generally use acrylics watered down as a wash? I often find that if I paint in washes or glazes as underpainting, that the sometimes accidental effects with brush strokes look fine without painting opaque over the top... so I leave them. I find that transparent glazes can keep the colours pure and glowing - you certainly seem to achieve that!
