Re: After the Rain
I'm finding it fascinating watching you inch your way a long, block by block... It seems like it would take some *serious* self-restraint to work like that. Of course, I'm a dive in head first and work everywhere at once kinda gal...
My only concern at this stage: make sure you're leaving enough tooth on the paper as you go to be able to do *all over* corrections once you've got the piece pretty much done...
I'm enjoying watching this come along!

Re: After the Rain
Still watching and in awe of your patience, lovely color saturation with such a dark background. I especially love the yellows and oranges
Can't always comment (full days of school work with my boys) but I keep checking back to see how it's going.

Re: After the Rain
Still watching, and I have to say, becoming more and more in awe of what you're doing! Herb, this is fantastic, I feel like you've found a niche that you're claiming as your own.

I'm afraid my "niche" just might turn out to have padded walls and a straightjacket.
Thanks, plt8769! (May I call you "plt" for short? )

I think I would also end up in a padded room if I attempted this!! Beautiful so far Herb - love those mossy rocks!!

Lucky padded rooms tend to have squares on the walls

Re: After the Rain
Wow Herb, big time wow...I think I could possibly extend that even to wowzers! What a stunner, I love it! I think this might just be the best landscape I've seen in cp, even judging by just the corner!
