Dry mount Wallis pastel paper?

This is my first posting so I hope I'm doing it correctly!

I would like information about mounting Wallis pastel paper 18"x24" and larger to a firm surface for support and easy in framing. Is this possible to do myself or does it need to be done professionally? If I can do it, what glue is necessary?
