Re: Rooster
I'm a big rooster fan! I mean like my whole kitchen is a coup in decor....seeing this gave me an idea...how fun it would be to be able to buy a "grown ups coloring book" of images like this and be able to put our own washes on them...why doesn't Michael's have something like that?

Re: Rooster
I really like this! The colours are fairly subtle, but add so much to it. What kind of pen do you use?

Re: Rooster
Lillian, Very nice job on the rooster. The ink gives a lot of texture, and the touch of color is really nice. Well done.

Re: Rooster
Thank you J.J. He does look like he's ruler of the roost!
Maryann, thank you and what a great idea! I wonder if anyone's thought of doing that. It would probably sell well.
Thank you Lilypads and Abigail for the kind comments.
Thanks Patty, I used a micron 005 and 01 size pens for this.
Joan, thank you!

Re: Rooster
Lillian,
Aren't roosters fun to draw and paint! I just finished one in the painting in my signature line, he's named Henry and definitely thinks he rules the whole yard, not just the roost!
I think your rooster is wonderful. I really like the color wash over your beautiful ink work. Well done!

Re: Rooster
Lillian,
Enjoyed seeing your rooster-with-attitude. The top feathers are what do it for me, at the angle the way they are!
