beachcomber

Hi

pastel 18 x 24" or so
a strange rock shelf

looking at beachcomber park, (needs some straighting)
where a tv crew is supposed to meet me for my
summer solstice painting
they want to start early in the afternoon so maybe I'll have to do two tomorrow
have been painting on that point for 13 years on
midsummer night eve,
I'll save the wine for the picnic and the second piece
only problem, it's supposed to rain
painted a '55 chevy and a '49 merc on the weekend

Re: beachcomber

Nice painting, Dan. The background especially, it reminds me of SE Alaska. Enjoy the loooong day. December's short days are on the way when you can sleep in and dream about sunshine and mosquitoes!

Re: beachcomber

Dan, cool pool! I love these wet puddly pockets in hard rock beaches. You've done a great job with it. Great job with the bright sun.

Me? Mostly a studio sloth these days. But I still love plein air and the crew.
