Cool Hot wire cutter

Hi,
As a model aircraft enthusiast I cut my aircraft wings with aerofoil section using a home made hot wire cutter.
If anyone is interested I could easily send in some instructions on how to make one.

Have a look at my site and you will see what is possible with a cutter.

I checked out your site, Rod. I had no idea that something like that could be accomplished using a wire in such a way. I don't work in foam or fibreglass, or any material that I cut in my 3D work as of this time, but I will definitely keep this in mind. There is no telling which direction my work will take me in the future. Thanks for sharing this.
