WDEApr13Mountains
Well...really struggling today. Got a new digital camera, and I'm having trouble getting the hang of it, so the photo isn't so hot...glare, dark...you name it.
Painting didn't turn out quite the way I planned, but here it is at 2 hours. Oil on paper, about 8 X 10.

looks good to me. really gives the impression of a 'big' sky. nice atmospheric perspective.

Interesting how removing the foreground trees adds to the atmospheric effect- I can feel those mountain breezes way up there!
