Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter Detail of a new painting (only just nude) W.I.P.

This is part of a bigger painting that I started working on today.

This is a fantastic start. Make sure you keep the light space between the model's neck and shoulder to keep it real. I'm loving the way the tones are coming together in this, it almost looks like you did it in oils on canvas. You might want to blend her blush a little better as it nears her hairline, as it's just a tad harsh imho. I'm guessing you are also still working on the ear and eyes as to detail, but so far so good!

Well she is getting more layers

As I progress with this (or most paintings) I build up a ton of layers
Never can keep a painting on one layer.

Pst she will end up being clothed. Wanted to get the form painted first!

Very nice, I've always admired those that can work well with flesh tones.

However an observation, if you would allow me: Isn't the leg a tad too small, taking into account the perspective and all??

Maybe you are making this directly from a reference and I am mistaken.

Thanks!

Loki you are right I am using a refrence that was on the cover dvd of ImagineFX magazine. I have been concentrating on the torso and head and not the legs but this is a very early W.I.P so hopefully i'm excused

Actually I've sorta put this on hold as I sort of lost my way trying to get the background detail painted.
