Re: Paint This! ... Dec. o6

Cute puppy Kristen! Wish I could take credit for painting the barn, but all I did to it (and the middleground) was use the fresco filter on it. The parts that were painted were the foreground, sky and hills. But I appreciate the compliment anyway.

Re: Paint This! ... Dec. o6

That is a wonderful barn scene Kristen! I like the new composition.

I decided to go ahead and paint the whole scene.

Bree

Since the middleground was the only portion not already painted, I just took that portion and painted it into the already painted sky, hills and foreground.

Re: Paint This! ... Dec. o6

Thanks for the compliments. You'll definitely be seeing more of me in this forum because I really like working in digital.

Skinny, I am a senior at Utah Valley State College. I have 3 classes left next semester and I will have my BFA in illustration. I am putting my portfolio together for graduate school now and I will be applying to the Academy of Art in San Francisco. I'll be doing an online MFA in Illustration there. Glad to be here.

Really looks great printed out on WC paper. Good enough to fool most of the people most of the time, IMHO.
