Life is a Journey

Lately, I've been into collages. I love the process and creativity it requires. Here's a recent one I quite like. 10x10 on wood using acrylic and one of my own photos, plus some other reproduced pictures. Oh, and I transfered the text using gel medium.

This has a lot going for it!! It's a interesting process and the gel medium transfer works really well . I used it in "Lean Wolf's Dream" I had posted. Nice work!!

Re: Life is a Journey

greyart, I printed out the photos on paper and glued down using gel medium.

Thanks for the interest. I am loving this whole process. So many different steps and I like how the piece evolves as you are working. A little of this and a little of that and hmmmm... okay, now it's starting to come together.

I find the transfers work best when I have fresh ink in my printer.
