Re: More of my work

Your paintings have an almost old-fashioned appeal. The kind of paintings from which jigsaw puzzles are made. Lots of detail . How long does a painting take you? Chammi.

Re: More of my work

Love the light you have in the first painting and the way you have done the buildings in both paintings.

Smile Re:Thank You for the kind words.

Thanks ever so much for the kind word's,the only reason I am here is because of my husband. We have this ongoing verbal discussion that my work isn't that good. And his last responce was to find sites like this and post my art.So with that said, and the compliments I have received, the candle is lit,I am more inspired now than I have ever been.Yesterday I had Mike pull out some blank canvas and picked out a 22 x 28 board,I have done the sketch of a waterfront scene, this will entale a lighthouse, dock, peninsula and breakers.I will start doing the wash tommorow,I'll keep you posted on the progress, and post some pics along the way of it's progression.Till then my friends.

Your work is wonderful. Don't let anyone discourage you. You have a lot of potential as an artist.

Re: More of my work

Your paintings are so beautiful. Please keep painting -- get your husband to do the housework so that you can paint.
