This is what mine looks like.
I sign them in the center.
This gets printed on certificate paper. One sheet has three certificates on it. They are perforated and I tear them off. The are about 3.75" by 8.5"

Thanks Ginette! That sounds like the cert paper I'm using. =) I was wondering about putting All rights reserved on there. Kewl! That answers that question for me! Thanks a bunch!
