For purposes of clarification: No, this does not look like me. It was done from a photograph of myself and a portrait by Botticelli. After sketching my face I discovered that I was entirely unable to recreate the lighting from the Botticelli in real life, so I tried to map the shadows from the painting onto the sketch from the photograph. This changed the face entirely so that it is no longer "me." (And I straightend my nose and curled my hair - watcha gonna do 'bout it?

Friends tell me that this looks like a relative of mine that they have never met. May we say (since no one actually knows) that this is a drawing of the original Sutherland G. Taylor?
