Not Getting Notices from WC on Subscribed Threads

Is anyone else having issues with not getting notices when someone posts to a subscribed thread? I waited for a response to something I asked/posted and never got a notice though I had been on WC most of the day and ACTIVE.

Other issues besides this maybe??

I get email notification on only one thread that I subscribe to, by choice. As I recall, it reads in there somewhere that I will not be notified of additional posts unless I visit WC again. I assume that I need to visit AND leave WC before it is tripped to email me again. Otherwise it assumes I am there and looking around and could see a new post.

When I want to look for a response, I go look at my subscribed threads and see if there is anything new there.

Gosh, I didn't even realize that was a WC feature b/c I have never ever gotten one...though I get them for the other forums like this one that I use.
