Skype Users
I thought it might be agood idea to start a thread for those of us with Skype capabilities. I've got mine up and running at home but have not had a chance to use it lately. Did get a call from Doug as soon as I got it started before I got the webcam running. What a treat. 
Anyway I thought this way we could have a place to share our logon handles if we wished to. JJ also suggested we download world clock so we could tell the time of who we are trying to contact. Sounded like a good idea to me.
So I will start.
My logon is the same as here mmcaloon and I am on USA central standard time.

I've sorted out a temporary microphone so I'll be ready to chat, but only in my daylight hours (when family aren't at home so my chatting won't irritate them! lol)

OK I have just downloaded skype . user name is 'Nacresea' have no headset or mike yet but hope to in a couple of days. will any type of headset/mike work?????

Yup Christie is beaglecuddles. I was able to get her authorized and put on my contact list.
Did you all know that the person you add to your list has to authorize you first? I'm still waiting on authorizations from Olga and Pat....from like 3-4 days ago...lol Hmmmm...maybe they are telling me something.

I bought a Logitec Internet Chat headset. It comes with a microphone built in for about 23.00 US. Works great. |
