Shutterbug Daily Wednesday, 6th July 05.

"Oh what a beauuuuutiful morning.....oh what a beauuuutiful day"

Started off with thick fog, especially down along our river, but that has all cleared away and we have a brilliant sky...cool breeze, AND no earthquakes going "bump" in the night.

I was in a hurry to go downtown , but couldn't ignore the dew on the rose by our entrance I know you'll all understand. Roses are due to be pruned back next week so enjoy this one.

SPECIAL HELLO TO MARIA {{{{{{{{{ HUGS}}}}}}}}} and to anyone feel a bit down.

Re: Shutterbug Daily Wednesday, 6th July 05.

Thanks, Ann, for the rose (gorgeous!), the song (so cheery!) and the hugs (today I'll take my share) .

Today marks the first anniversary of my mom's passing and I am on a bit of a downer. Combined with the general hot flashes and weepiness of my advancing years (fer crissakes!) I am a bit of a mess today, but I'll get over it.

What a year it has been for me! So much has changed in my life and all of it for the better. I am counting my blessings for having had a mom who loved me and enabled me to make my life go in positive directions.

Don't mind me as I sit over here in the corner blubbering ... this, too, shall pass ...

Cheers,
Sue

Me again ...

Just got an e:mail from Joy ....

Hi Sue,

Is there something wrong with WC! again, do you know. Rob and I have
been unable to get on site all day.

If it's just the links from this side of the pond can you tell people
we're sorry and we'll put up the results of Rob's comp as soon as possible.

Glad you enjoyed the fireworks celebrations the other night.

Hugs

Joy and Rob

((((((((A big all embracing hug to all of you)))))))

Sue....Missing those we loved who are gone is a good thing. Makes us take some time out of our day to remember them.
Sorry I don't have any remedy for the hot flashes....LOL

Martha I'm still keeping my fingers crossed hoping you'll get that job you want. However, if you don't get it, it's because there's something better coming.

Lovely rose Ann and a perfect shot. You're getting really good with that camera.

Patty keeping all good thoughts for you and your son.

I've been busy getting things ready for the "Art and Garden Festival" this coming Sunday. Did two new small paintings and was very pleased with the results. You can see them here, if you are interested.
