Just popping in for a wee personal update and a commitment to myself to finish all my works in progress on the self portrait project.

I've handed in my retirement, resigned and heading off to New Mexico. I'll be making a couple of pit-stops, one in Pittsburgh to visit with my daughter and grand-daughter, then Phoenix and on to Taos.

I'm not bringing many art supplies, so, Li, like you, I'll have to either use my creativity to glue and paint or wait until I've settled.

Anyway, I do hope some others will drop in and add their portraits. I saw several rather fascinating ones here and there at WC

Best wishes to all, and I'll be back when Spring is fully in the air.

i painted it live as soon as was done taking shower with the help of small mirror hueheuheu... on the canvas panel with the medium 16"x20", oil paint and acrylic as the combination and glitter. the time i took to finish it was 2 days.

Really wonderful portrait, very Polynesian in style. There are many projects on WC. Just go up to Content Areas and click on art projects. Just went to your website, great work! Very unique.

Been away for a LONG time but, saw this project and thought i'd have a go.
This i s me at the moment...
the energies in my head, a little turbulent as you can see..
Done in acrylics on card with gel pens.
Oh, finger painted as always!
