Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter Mary 1 hour colour pencil

I'm just feeling this out, no game plan at all. Forgive the proportions etc - I won't be putting faithful reproduction on the top of my to-do list for a while. But I do like the result tonight and so I share

Approximately 9" wide by 11" tall, using pencils I stole from the little children

That's a very interesting approach to rendering, echos of Seurat. Have you ever seen any of his charcoal works?

Thanks for sharing.

I like the interesting technique... I know it's colored pencil but how is it done?

Hello Don - I haven't seen the Seuret sketches you mentioned and a brief net search didn't help either, so I will have to put that on the library list. Thanks for the heads-up.

Thanks for looking mkap.garde, Mac and Bernie - I haven't thought of this drawing as a technique because I've just been totally guessing at what to do the last couple of figure sessions. I'm posting a couple of close-ups to show what I did Bernie. It does look nice, I think, and I have bought a 24 pack of Crayola Mac but the virginal box remains unopened as I was in my customary flap before leaving and neglected to remember them. Next time - but I'm keeping the crayons of the little just because
