Sunday nite S&T

I've really been wanting to make a contribution, so here's a bead that I didn't like at first, but now I like it. It's powder pink base with silver and EDP. I think it could be interesting as a focal.

Oh well, it's out of focus... But I'm not going to set it all up to shoot again. Took me half the day as is!

That's a beautiful color combination, it looks like it's still molten!

Here's a purple set from me...

Blyneth--colors really came out neat on that--keep playing with those colors!

Sonja--those are simply luscious. LOVE them. Edible, me thinks!

Re: Sunday nite S&T

Sonya, what purple is that for your transparents? I try even a few wraps of my purple and it's dark enough the beads look black, but yours retain a deep purple all the way to the hole! That's terrific! Beau-T-ful!

And blyneth, I love the silver, it looks very "i found this in outer space" to me.

I wish it wasn't so cold, I just can't bear the thought of the 40 degree studio today! I'll have to just look at all your lovelies for now.

Here's mine! Custom order for teacups and oriental lentils.
Loving that lava bead, and that opaque purple, whatever glass it is...is GORGEOUS!

Re: Sunday nite S&T

Cute teacups! And Lenda, your color combo is beautiful! I have been thinking of coral and turquoise lately, and waiting for Spring.

The purple transparent beads in my set are layered transparent purples. The core is a pale amethyst, with a coat of darker purple casing (some Effetre, some Glassdaddy purple). They are darker in inside light, but not so dark as to look black, just deep purple.
Thanks for the compliments!

Just a simple one from me. I just love how transparant glass looks in daylight!
