Hey ElizaMay,
Looks like you have yourself a good proposition for a good portrait there. You have the cloth real well, though some tone on her right forehead from the cloth may show with the light source as shown. She looks a real mysterious lady.Did you not make any colour notes that could help with skin tones etc ?.

I don't really need any notes - I have the lady in question right beside me! But I would love to find that photo, it's such a beautiful one and I'm upset that I have misplaced it.

There were no shadows on her right forehead, I think there was a light source above her.

I can visualize painting this from nothing more than the drawing. This'll really kick with colors, the lines are already so interesting.
