Re: Up Close And Macro
Love the first one. It has a warm tone that fits the subject well. Is that pollen on his leg.

Re: Up Close And Macro
Rob, these are great, but I am a flower lover . The last one is my favorite, I can almost feel the mist and dampness....it has great atmospere, DOF and sharpness.

Re: Up Close And Macro
Excellent Bobby I really like how delicate the last two look. The very last one has such a lovely dof.

Re: Up Close And Macro
Many thanks Jade, Patty, Kathryn and Mary. Your comments are greatly appreciated.
Yes, Jade that is pollen on the bees leg in #1. Obviously a busy little *B*, wasn't he? )

Re: Up Close And Macro
These are just gorgeous Rob. I don't know which one I like best. The yellow rose in the second begs to be painted and I love the damp roses in the last, also would make a lovely watercolor.

Re: Up Close And Macro
Simply wonderful shots, especially the lighting in numero uno... classic!
While browsing the Photog section here at WC, I had this big black and yellow Bumble Bee buzzing my studio window, and then I saw your pics.
I think he's begging for a close-up! We'll see if I can break away for a moment and track him down.

Thank you Rob. I don't know when I'll get around to doing them, but I'll let you know when I do.
