Yep, am so disgusted by their lack of response to our problems that I cannot stomach listing another painting and give them some more money.
I will let all my listings expire and take a vacation from ebay.
I have registered with ABU

If you don't sell much on ebay consider stopping listing as well. I have come to the conclusion that they will only listen if they see listing numbers and fees decrease.

Have other power sellers stopped listing on ebay as well, as far as you know?

taking a break will be good for me. It was too upsetting painting only to see very few hits in spite of all FP fee I am shelling out every month.
Ebay will only listen to dollars, not to peole.
They are not going to get my dollars for a while.

A lot of sellers have stopped listing including some powersellers.

After the auctions I have going at the moment run out, I am stopping listing on eBay.

I am totally disgusted at the lack of care you have shown to your customers.

You have known about this problem for over three months, and in spite of your reassurances that you are doing something about it, we have seen NOTHING fixed.

I am very disappointed to have to take this step, and I know that I'm not the only power seller who is leaving you. Maybe $$$ will talk to you where our pleas for assistance have not.

This is the thread I opened to annunce my end to listing end encouraging others to do so. Maybe after our example others will follow. Ther are 3 more already and the thread has only been there one hour or so.

I also wrote to MD announcing the fact that I have stopped listing.

I am tired of this nonsense, but it does not mean I will stop yelling.

Rita, you know I will follow your example. You are my teacher and my mentor. I wish we lived closer because I admire you so much that I would dearly love to be able to spend real life time with you.

I'm not running any new auctions either. I only have my store and as soon as ABU gets stores up and running I will also be closing my ebay stores. I'm done with ebay. Not only because they screwed things up for us but also because they continue to lie about how concerned they are for all of us. The proof is in the pudding!

I am ending all of my store listings also. But, Before I do so. I am changing the descriptions to have a message on the top for anyone that was wantching them to explain why they have been removed and a link to my web site which will have my bitmap that will redrirect them to the listings newly put on ArtByUs. When I get them put on Art By Us..

I sold a painting 2 weeks ago via my store, to a nice woman who has bought from me before. I was quite shocked at the fees. Paypal took $7 and eBay a few more $. This was not even an FP. So, if I had have FP'd it, I would be spending close to $35 to sell one painting.
Keeping my Store only as it is a very inexpensive cost for the exposure it can bring, possibly to my work and site inadvertantly.
My best work will be going on ABU, except for maybe one auction a month on eBay, just to bring lookers to my Store.
No browsers=not alot of people leisurely finding your work on eBay=relying only on regular past buyers for purchases. Art is a diffucult means to a steady income to begin with. This makes it almost impossible on eBay as a venue to be seen on unless one breaks down and FPs all the time.
