In doubt, help me out. Is this marineart? (last of oldies series)

If these qualify as marineart may be questionable.
I cannot decide, what do you think?

Hi Dick,
If there is salt water in it, around it, on it or near it, its in. These are all in! A great marine volume of work posted today, thanks for letting us see all these wonderful works.

So, if it's fresh water it isn't marine art? I don't think so... Here in Michigan we are surrounded by some of the best sailing waters anywhere; and it's all fresh water.

Another lovely set of pictures, Dick. The little boy in his goggles and flippers is simply gorgeous. What a superb natural picture.
