One of the best (and cheapest) is WetCanvas! supporter Dick Blick.

If you do a quick search you'll find a lot of previous threads that cover this in any of the media-specific forums.

Each store contains different materials that the others don't. I use primarily use Dick Blick, Cheap Joes and Rex Art, then Curry's, Daniel Smith, and ASW. Rarely do I use Mr. Art, art stuff and artist needs.

The big thing seems to be the shipping, it varies greatly.
http://www.allartsupply.com/ was the best shipping and then gave me a coupon for 15% off on my second order.
