MY COMMENTS:
materials...metal, toy helmet, stick, fiberglass, paper

hard to see here but one eye has a large stick in it...makes it hard to really see the spec in others eyes...

this piece was asked to be removed from my recent show so i added the nude icon for those with unsure convictions...

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
how can someone call themselves a Christian while promoting killing those who disagree with them..

a tangible thought from the religous right comes into materialization

Well, I'm not into political art
(or politics at all for that matter)
too many people think they know how things should/could go
(part of the problem...people disagree )
it is far more complicated than meets the eye
problems that exist today have their roots many decades ago
and from the beginning of "man-kind"
hard to stop an avalanch...
the world has been going to hell in a hand basket forever...
or so they say...
if only wishing /protesting for peace were all it took
I think it would have happened a long time ago
especially during the 60's
Oh well...
enjoy the love and peace you have
and do your best to "be the miracle"
instead of just wishing for a miracle
(not directed to you...just a note)


anyway, it is an interesting piece

the miracle will be when more, and more of us begin to realize that we are all part of one planet...and are all brothers and sisters...that we all came from the same single source...and we are only here for a short time...and the worlds resources are limited....so lets make it a party instead of all the crap...and it is happening... there are others... the thoughtwaves are being picked up by those who are listening...and the future will be better...you dont change minds with bullets, you do it with reason....my song is not one of futility.and thanks for your points

I appreciate your thoughts and feelings
there are just too many "bad" people out there wanting control
(and the thoughts of "who they are" will differ with differnt oppinions)
nothing is simple...unfortunately...
the US...however faulted it is...is the world leader
(that is unfortunate, on many levels, in itself)
I almost wish the world were more isolated from eachother
(except for WC, of course! )
so "we" would not have to "know" about eachother
and take some sort of "actions" good or bad...and they are mixed.
there has been NO nation guilt free from bad actions against mankind.

If everyone wanted peace...it would be heaven
but, alas, we are on earth.
and to have "peace" (of some kind) anywhere...
it takes an army infront of it to protect it.
and thems the way the apples fall.
human nature, in general, I am sorry to say,
will probably not ever allow for world wide peace
hell, many families have a hard enough time!!?
I'm most happy to say that my family is war free and filled with love.
and I hope that for every family...and the world family too

Isn't this is something we should be doing anyway. It's got to be a winner all the way.

and even if its not...it is an ideal to strive for as an individual....its a better way to sleep at night and gives one plenty of things to point to...if you have a consciouness, so ill post more of the show i put up as its not all preachy...

ginidad- to place blame is not the point....im trying to point to an ideal world...to make people think about their own convictions and actions is the point...and i would have loved to have had the opportunity to discuss with the bombers, all of them anywhere and any time, to show them life doesnt have to be as complicated as they have twisted it all up...it really is as simple as looking what will improve the situation not to further go down the path of stupidity...life is aobut living it not dying

and if your comment about to place blame.... you are talking about those people who want to control others with their BS...then yes I want to expose them for what they are, as i believe that everyone has good in them, so they can go find it again...and do what is best for the whole...and abandon their greedy ways...

simply put how about we puit a little bit of truth into the world...what an original concept....
instead of acting like a bunch of starving squirrls scurring for all the nuts=power...

and sometimes war is going to happen....but...the future is what i point to...and it seems only logical that war must be done away with...doenst mean we all sit around praising the lord and bobing our heads up and down....but its time to look for a new way to resolve conflicts, not give everyone thorzine

and Gin- i hope you are astute enough to distinguish between those that flew into the buildings as compared to what iraq is about...(although they are connected in a way in both groups didnt like usa, and if the taliban is smushed like a bug, good)...but here we like to have the ability to make distinctions and have opposing opinions and not get shot for saying it...and those hypocrites that want to take away my rights to say what i think are only going to make me yell louder...its about freedom...not saying it but practicing it..

heck there are plenty other problems in the world but i see the main one is this time and resources wasted on war...and some people are getting rich off of it...dont you see that

Hi Gini,

For all of our best intentions the reality just doesn't always match. I said elsewhere that reason cannot appeal to lust for power, and just look to a few places these days. I don't think reason can appeal to heated passions either. It's my own inclination to cut myself off from all of that, but I'm in this world and not sure I can in the end. If I ignore certain things I feel myself to be weaker and less of a person.

and this will assign viewers to take sides...

this, in itself, does not promote peace...
or how you might think it to be attained...
it is a fine point...but, important, I think...
for your quest...which I am all for...

I think there is a distinction between those who seek power...
for ...
what they think is the betterment of whatever (opinions will disagree and be confused by a huge history of events, good and bad)

just power over others...control...cruel...
