Thanks for the pointer to this - I for one hadn't heard about it. I see the entry fee is £14.10, and I wonder if this isn't just a money-spinning bit of enterprise on the part of Channel 5? By comparison, the Daily Mail's "Not the Turner Prize" competition is free to enter, has higher value prizes and the possibility of being among the 400 finalists exhibited in the Mall Galleries.

Think I'll save the £14 and buy some paint!
