A little something I'm working on

Hi Everybody!!

Received the sample of Wallis paper that Kitty sent me and thought I'd do a little landscape.

This is what I'm working on and is NOT finished. I'll be putting a live-oak tree on the right.

Thank you so much Kitty!!! I LOVE YOUR PAPER
Paula

3-1/2"x9" soft pastels (my new Yarkas)

Wow! Those Yarkas are doin' just fine on that paper, aren't they!?! I'll be waiting for that ole oak tree, too. You gonna put a little Burma Shave road sign sayin' "Don't Mess With Texas" too?

I sure do miss those big old oaks and bluebonnets!

So?...not so scarey using the sanded paper, is it? Nice little peice you've got going there! And lucky you--not only do you get to fly formation but you get to do a Kitty Wallis workshop...
Oops...I'm turning green...
