Surealism is a favorite and I think you've done a good job of showing the warning posts that some will, nonetheless, ignore. I especially like the lime ground, a carpet of life that need not be breached, but which holds this pantheon of predictable misery.

*you pretty much hit the nail on the head Smileawhyl.... the two-entry portal addressing the quandry that Pandora had.... "should I open the box or should I not.... ?" well, we know the answer to that....and she unleashed all the "lesser" diseases of the world.....(if there is such a thing as "lesser")

yes, the warnings were ignored and Pandora's desire/inquisitiveness won over, much to the dismay of the world...the carpet of life has been meddled with...
...and Pandora's "dilemma" is perhaps still alive and real today.
