Nice primitive feel of hope and life and cycle.

The word Carosel always makes me smile happy. The mosaic of It reminds me of the cracked porcelain paint on real ones.

This one's definitely regal in its appearance.

Re: King's Carosel series, wip The Stag

Thank you Tashila & Tamana.... it's good to hear everyones thoughts and different impressions.

*Tam: I can laugh about it now, but unlike you, as a little girl I was afraid of most carosels and I really didn't like to ride them.
*(my poor Dad.... he'd have to search for a "nice" horse, lol, or I'd be really frightened and screaming "nooooooo" at the top of my lungs).

I don't know what it was.... perhaps because some of the lions & tigers & horses were all wild-eyed and baring their teeth, they seemed to have an underlying sinister element in my young mind..... as if, when I turned my back, the animals would all animate at once, leap off the platform and start chasing after everyone. **Helloooooo Stephen King, lol!

Now, I am working on a large tiger for the series....
and "thanks mucho" for looking.
