RIL problems
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this - if not please point me the right way - I am trying to upload some pics - but keep getting a funny message....

Unable to create image [/opt/web/wetcanvas/RefLib/uploads/9270/bus_004.jpg].
Please contact system administrator.

Can anyone help with this?

Most likely, the system could not recognize the image as a valid GIF or JPG file.

Scott - I have tried again to upload something and again cant - the bus pic which is mentioned in the message is one that I tried to upload a while ago - but got cut off, it was a valid JPG - but I am wondering whether it was disturbed during the processing stage - is there anyway to unblock this?

Pete, try changing the file name and then uploading, might work.

Its a totally different file that I am trying to upload - but this bus file appears to be in the way - the files upload OK - but then it goes to that processing screen and stumbles on an older file taht is probably still unresolved

You are in the right place to get this sorted out .

I have looked at all your photos, and cannot find one with that name.

Have you tried to re-upload the file it is searching for?
