Seasons.

Summer, Autumn, Winter (Spring while in work - for me the most difficult subject)
Canvas, oil 1) 60-80 см (24-32 inches) 2) 3) 60-70см (24-28 inches)
Any opinion and criticism welcome!

Re: Seasons.

I love the fall colors of the second painting.
But I am also partial to winter scenes.
Nice work.

Re: Seasons.

Hi Artbars,
These are all absolutely beautiful, full of movement, colour and life. An accurate portrayal of the seasons, the warmth or cold of each is tangible. Excellent.

Re: Seasons.

I'm not a "winter" person really but I do like the snow painting because depth is so well rendered with a limited pallette.Keep us posted as to your paintings !

The large thank Gilberte for your responses!
I and now think. How to make depth in winter pictures. What task for the artist!
The depth in greens also is complex(difficult). Tone tone tone. Successes to all of us!
I nor winter man. I different

Re: Seasons.

wonderful series of paintings...each unique and special in it's own way. They are all brilliantly painted but the first one stole my breath away.

Thank Large Mikki!
Once I visited your beautiful site.
Also enjoyed your surprising pictures. Executed in gentle Pastel.
I congratulate you! The large work!
