I fully agree, this one is full of humour.
You are laughing at me with the lobster, but I hope that you do not consider milk+biscuit as a decent meal !!! I'd rather have the food and bottles that we see in the background (and I guess this poor cardinal too).
Concerning the mm, so far I have no idea, but I will continue searching when I will not be in the kitchen.

However, I found this nice one of another cardinal tempted by other kinds of earthly delights...

OK, I found it by looking at the signature in the right bottom corner...
It looks like J x V... and by crossing with academic painters it was not so difficult...
