Thank you for the replies everyone. Leah's gorgeous isn't she, real little sweetheart. She was as good as gold all weekend.
Tazz, you're right, impossible not to come back refreshed and a lot happier. Apparently my friends brother rents a house like that every year for his birthday, I'm hoping he's going to keep me on the guest list
Thanks Te, I was
so pleased when I turned around and saw the moon, couldn't believe my luck.
Margie, the wind was blowing a gale! The fossils are everywhere, I believe the place is really well known for it.
Thanks Howard, Maria and Carol. Glad you enjoyed them.
Veronica, I used to adore Enid Blyton as a child, and read everything I could lay my hands on. I certainly never noticed any of the 'politically incorrect' stuff at the time. Though as you say, it makes you cringe now. My kids have all read them though (still got my copies, lol) and they didn't notice any of it either. She still seems to be as popular today as she was then.
Thanks Sunny, it was a really magical place.
Thanks Elly, I think Leahs shot and the moon one are my favourites too.
Thanks Stephanie, I'll email you a copy of the cliff's shot if you'd like.
Chris, It's Ringstead, near Osmington Mills. Do you know it? Well worth a visit.
Thanks for the replies everyone, much appreciated.
