December??
Taken in the garden yesterday morning (last rose of summer?)
Here I've used a vignette followed by slight softenning and then applied a grey coloured glass filter. (Does this constitute a manip or just presentation?)
Getting In Close

Look at all the color in that whites. I love the last one, so close, so personal.

Rob, this is truly beautiful. Nicely captured and presented. The angles and shapes are really interesting up close.

Thanks Marilyn, Geck, Mouse, Crias, and last but not least Te, it really gives me a lift when you good folk take the trouble to comment on my work.

Ditto on all points, Rob - that last one especially - somehow or other the water drops give the whole thing a lacey effect, and the colour is fabulous.

Bobby --you must live in heaven. No roses in December here in the middle of the continent. What a beautiful rose. It is perfect. Love the manip and the final close up. I am so jealous. All the white in our neighbor hood is frozen snow.

Very nice shots, Rob. I have to agree that the last one takes the prize.

Beautiful Rob, you've really captured the delicacy of the rose, and the colours are superb. The close-up is extra special.
