Like the integration of colors...nice! Hand reads a little large.

congratulations and a comment

I want to first of all say that you presented this rendering in a way I think should be adopted by all. The small view of the painting and the large view.

The small view gives one the opprotunity to apraise the way the painting would look at a distance. Frankly I liked it more than the large display. Perhaps it was because in the large view I was seeing too many lines while in the small view I got an idea how it would look in a gallery.

I like the orginality of the work. A quasi-monitone with a lot of zip. Very nice work. Look forward to seeing more.

you never can tell

jerryW> Thanks I did feel there was something a bit unbalanced about the color, I went back in and tried to spice up the lower left just a bit. I think it looks better. I appreciate the suggestion!

pero lane> Thank you. I thought the hand felt a little large too, I tried to make it a bit smaller, I am happier with it now.

dornberg> Thanks, I'm glad it worked

xvallarta> I agree. Of course the viewing "real-media" on a computer is no match for seeing it in person, I try to give the viewer different views in my posts, so they won't have to back away from their monitor to get the whole picture (and in some cases the image is bigger than what the browser will display all at once, leaving you to scroll up and down).
Thanks for the comments on the piece
