Color Pencil Tiger

Hello everyone. This is my second art post here at WC. I drew this about a year ago. I haven't been able to draw any new wildlife stuff since I started college. I really like this drawing. Tell me what you think. I personally hate the background.

Here's some detail of the face.

Nice color! He looks like he is staring you right back in your eyes.
This would look good on the front of a t-shirt.

Interesting style - sort of illustrative - I agree about thew BG - its a bit of a distraction - if your not happy with it, it is possible to paint over it - possibly with Indian Ink?

Thanks for commenting everyone.

India Ink. Thats a good idea Ceiliog. I think I will do that. I'd never even thought of it. India ink looks nice, right? I think so. I'll see if I can edit the background digitally to see how it'd look with a black background before I do it. Thanks for the idea.
