I attend OCAD but i'm in the design stream. My roommate is doing a fine arts degree though. My overall experiences so far have been very positive. All the teachers are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. The campus is in a nice area and there's a pub right across the street :P Also if you're planning on applying next year the Sharp centre for design (the big ugly pizza box shaped building) will be open. It may be ugly but it's going to be super spiffy with wireless interent and nice class rooms and stuff. Also OCAD is in a really cool area, right near Queen street and Spadina area. Lots of good shopping and fun things to do in between class.
Class sizes are small. My only class larger then 35 people is my art history lecture.

My only gripe is the lack of clubs and such to join. Also the student housing is in a gross area with lots of prostitution. I found a nice house on my own 15 min walk from the school in China Town though.

Oh I was also accepted in Ryerson and Sheridan but i chose OCAD because of the more specified degree options (for me anyway), way better location for student living and a very fair tuition.

If you want to know more you can email me at hfiege@cherrymix.com
ocad is seriously a great school.

Haha I haven't heard any complaints about the logo. But I have heard complaints about the monstrosity they're building on top of the old building. It looks like the new building walked up and started humping the old building
