Greetings, welcome to this weeks WDE and here are 10 images and a challenge.
You have 30 minutes to make your choice and choose your materials.
For the next two hours, just go for it! Use any medium or style –
it’s up to you……then STOP!, scan or photograph your work and post it
in your own new thread with your title, beginning with WDE, plus
date, plus title.
Use WIP for any work in progress at the 2 hour mark, and MI for
multiple images if other works are to be added before the following Monday.
It’s fun for all to participate at the same time but not always
possible! Please join in whenever you can – you have a whole week!
After posting your contribution, please view others’ entries and
comment and encourage. Unless requested, please refrain from critiquing.
Further information, if needed, Updated Guidelines for Newbies and Participant Guidelines,
may be found at the following link http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=576791
The challenge is not to draw an animal if you normally do so, try some rocks or a tree, they're my favourite subjects.
All photo's are mine except the kookaburra is from the RIL.
My six year old daughter Audrey with the chickens.
My dog Harry, he's a Hungarian Visla and absolutely lovely, runs fast too.
A rainforest stream about 2 hours drive from home, the most beautiful place around.
A very cheeky chicken
A scribbly gum tree from the local forest, zoom in and you can see the scribbles on the bark.
A juvenile kookaburra from the RIL, these birds come to our house and live in the local scribbly gum forest. Such a beautiful bird and their call is some welcoming.
A tee tree lake in Lennox Head, nothern New South Wales, the water is so nourishing.
Rocks on the seashore at Mooloolaba, 2 hours North of Brisbane on the coastline.
A fungus from the same rainforest as previously mentioned.
Sydney Opera House with a glimpse of the Sydney harbour bridge in the background, both Australian icons.
Enjoy, cheers, Shane.
