cat goddess bead

Ok I was thinking about the goddess bead and had lots of nice pics sent but.....my friend loves cats. In fact her studio is called Addicted to Cats. Anyone have any idea for a goddess bead with a cat theme?

Do an internet search on the Egyptian cat godess Bastet, goddess of joy and protector of women and the home. There are some pretty cool statues and paintings out there.

I made a cat ojime bead, if you go to my website and look at the cat in my logo. The hole runs vertically through it. I guess you could add "bbobs" for a goddess cat? LOL!

I like some of those. I am thinking maybe a regular goddess body with a cat head and a tail? Any takers?

Hello! I just came upon this thread and thought, Hey I make Cat Goddess Beads. And then I found that my friend Erin kindly gave a link to my web page (thanks) and then I saw your e-mail from this morning! Its been a busy day...did I mention its my birthday!!!

Anyway, I will e-mail you Nicole with info about my cat goddesses!

By the way, this may be a bit bawdy, but one of the funniest things I ever heard a customer say about my beads was about a cat goddess...She passed by and said to her friend...Oh look Kitties with T*tties! My hubby and I laughed SO hard!

I just saw these at the Portland Bead Bazaar. I can't remember the person who sold them, but they are goddess bodies with cat heads. Very cute! I can look for the info if you want.

If it's not Melanie who you saw I'd love to find out who it was. Melanie emailed me and is sending me a catalogue. I just want this to be perfect.

I like that idea, but I love Bastet. I have several Egytian pieces and a good deal are Bastet.

Try Google Images, too. I saw so many great paintings and statues that I ended up making a Bast head bead. And maybe I am imagining things, but whenever I wear it? I somehow end up helping several woman or children.....

Good Luck and please show us?

Hi Again!
I just made a quick scan of the cat beads I could find in my inventory...

These are the Cat Goddesses. Sorry they look a little snooty, thats the only way they would lay on the scanner! The faces look like the big mama center one!

Here are my two Cat Spirit Pendants

It has been a while since I made lots of these cats. They were very popular at one time, and I think I got burned out. But I have had requests for them lately, and I am getting excited about them again. Maybe I'll explore them more!

Thanks all!
