"Extensions " MI

This is a 24"x18" mixed media wood panel piece entitled "Extensions " Painting outside the lines...

Thanks my friend and the creature spoke to me right after photo number 3 and I knew it was necessary to break the plain with some type of dynamic flowing area of interest if you will.

thank you so much for the intermediates! it's incredibly liberating for a beginner to see the way to an abstract image, to see the footsteps of your imagination. the final image is vibrating with color contrast, almost like an animation
